Storyline

From mid 70’s to today, we are telling for the FIRST TIME, the TRUE story of the UK black music revolution from the music leaders who were there doing it.

Narrated by Leee John (Imagination) and following the path of his life, an unusual destiny involving major artists from the last 40 years, we are discovering UNTOLD Stories from the black reggae, soul and pop era of the 70’s and 80’s.

Our documentary will compile recent interviews from Leee John, artists and relevant people (fashion/DJs/producers etc) from that era, intercut with Hits from the 1975-85 glorious decade.

We will also cover the impact and influences from that era to today’s artists, DJ’s and fashion designers. Today’s music talents are paying homage to the 1975-1985 music, such as: DJ’s Roger Sanchez & David Morales proving that this generation is still present and highly relevant to audiences.

Leee and other artists will reveal the musical experience and un-dust the soundtrack of modern Black music spanning over 3 generations.
